Hey people. Long and short, Dutasteride is either killing my hair, or getting cold feet and letting the slaughter of my follicles continue unabated. Anyone else in a similar spot? There is no shedding, but several fjords of thinness weaving from my hairline towards the scalp. Sad stuff. 100% a new development I'm sure. Maybe it's a "shed" but I'm not visibly shedding, and there's no signs whatsoever of new growth at this point. Actually I've lost most of the temple fuzz minoxidil gave me.
History for me is finasteride and minoxidil for 4 years, where I had some pretty good recovery. All minoxidil though, im sure. Added .5mg dutasteride every other day about 10 months ago and then upped it to .5 every day for the last 4 months.
So the purpose of this thread is to ask where should I direct my desperation towards next? Whats most likely to cause thickening amd which of these is most likely to make me feel like sh*t? spironolactone? Estrogen? Daro? I'm leaning towards daro and spironolactone. This affront to my being must be held back for 5 years® when something undeniably comes out.
