10 Months In: Strange Hair Texture?

Had a FUE transplant of around 3000 grafts done on my whole vertex area (diffuse thinning) about 10 months ago now.

The density is pretty awesome, but the hairs are quite wild and hard to deal with. My native hair is very thin, compare it with hay. It feels very soft when I just washed it.
The transplanted hairs however are thicker and more strawy, it feels a bit rough and when they dry up they curl up like crazy.

Not sure if this is still likely to change over time or not.

Alright thanks. Figured 10 months was pretty far in for this to happen, but I guess I'll give it more time.

I don't think it will change. Your donor hair is thicker than the hair behind the recipient area that is thinning
