So I've been taking proscar (1,25mg/day) for a year now. No improvement. Actually got a little worse. I've also been using nizoral for about 8 months but mainly to help my itchy scalp.
I'm thinning all over but it mostly noticable at the crown area, no bald spots yet. Where do I go from here? Drop the finasteride and start dutasteride? Keep the finasteride and start minoxidil? What are my options?
