I had 500 grafts (Strip procedure) 18 months ago in my temples. I am thinking of giving more density in my temples or even lowering them completely down.
The doctor was afraid to fill in completely my temples due to my young age (25). He said that a hair transplant must always be aware of the future.
I have curly hair which helps me much when the hair grows (currently < 1cm). I always have my hair about 2 cm long.
The only problem with having a relatively high density in the rest of your head, is that the area where you transplant hair will always look with a poor density compared to the rest of your head (at least after the first procedure) :lost:
