Finasteride definitely increased my depression, however my rationale for going with it was that I would get depressed just by looking at my hair go. This is anecdotal of course, so don’t rush to conclusions.

My left temple regressed a little bit, but its still above baseline. Right temple still pretty good. It’s worth mentioning that I went from using Minoxidil 2 times a day to 1 time a day so I have suspicion it was due to that.

Some 3 years ago I went to see a dermatologist and got diagnosed with this shitty condition. She did some tests, asked me about my parents and grandparents hair condition (paternal grandfather was nw7 at around 50ish, dad was solid nw2 at 40, now about nw3 at 50, maternal grandfather nw1 at 80)...
