Fair enough. I think I also did more damage to it by tying it up into a man bun all the time when it was longer. After showering before bed I would tie it up when it was damp and keep it that way until the afternoon the next day.

Dad has a head full of head with a Norwood 2 hairline at 60. Moms side no balding, but my grandpa on dads side and one of his brothers (my uncle) is balding.

So I’ve been mildly receding at the temples for the past year or so. Which has been accompanied by a soreness and burning sensation where I’m thinning. I was wondering if that was normal?

I’m assuming that the little weak hairs on temples are miniaturizing? Any advice?
