Washing your hair everyday is actually more beneficial than spreading it out over three days. Any hair you would've lost with those washing, would've come out anyway as they were already in a telogen state.

This is quite normal looking to me. Typically when hair is wet, it tends to look much thinner. No need to worry bud.
