does anyone know answer to my questions.... does minoxidil regrow hairs that might have been regrown previously but lost when minoxidil was stopped?... also does minoxidil work on areas that are already bald?

if you use minoxidil and or finasteride and stop.. i know you lose the hair you gained or grew... but is that hair lost forever? or will it come back if get back on the meds?
