I've read on here that some people have experienced shedding when switching between liquid and foam. Now that I'm seeing generic brand foam on the shelves, I'd like to save some money by using that, but I'm concerned this might happen. Any experiences/thoughts?

I think that missing an application once every few weeks or months won't make a difference, but if it's a few days a week, then I imagine it would slow down your results. I think in your case the simplest solution would be to buy an extra can and keep it at your girlfriend's.

Well, let's say you took 1mg and saw full results in 6 months, but theoretically would've seen the same results on .5mg in 9 months, couldn't you drop from 1 to .5 with no consequences?
