I just went bald last night and my hair follicles still haven't growed back in they're original spot? Is they permanently damage or not? My right side of my hairline is good but my left side is a bit higher. I don't want to risk going higher because I look very great where my hairline is...

I did long ago. I think this happened when somebody lined up my hairline.

Ok on the right side of my hairline it has full hair filled up to the corners, but on my left side my hairline it is not fully growing like the right side on the corners, and I think it is receding a little bit, so do yall have any solutions? That light spot is where my hair will not grow.
