How would you change from finasteride to dutasteride ? gradually or just replace ?

Is there any possibility that changing to duts will make my hair worse ?

I just read about the Australian research that used finasteride daily and 0.5 duts only one time per week (no finasteride for that day) with very good results, so this kind of dose is also a way to try.

The doctors here won't give you a prescription for duts, only for finasteride. I've read many posts about people using both without any special issue. I'm thinking to use both and if I will gain any improvments that will be a sign I can stop using finasteride.
