Accutane is a drug that stops the sebum output from your skin. I have read that sebum causes the hair follicles to be more sensitive to dht causing you to lose hair faster. Is this true, and if it is could accutane stop hair loss?

I've noticed getting that tingling itchy feeling in my scalp in the places that im about to lose hair. It started 2 years ago at the front of my temples and keeps going back right before I lose hair in that spot. Does anyone else experience this?
