how much i know tamoxifen block the estrogen in the chest...does it really increase testestrone ?

Hi guys, i need to use tamoxifen for a little gyno in my chest for 2 months..So i would like to ask does anyone has seen any hairlose side effect???i just started to take since 2 days and i can right away stop for not loosing my hair!! So any experience and ideas would be so appriciated!!! thx ..
