That's interesting. Having blonde hair as a kid which later turns to brown is normal. I was also quite blond up to around age 6-7 then my hair color changed to dark brown. I've never heard of any cases when brown turned into black.

I also see some improvement.

You definitely have a chance, but you should start some treatment before you lose more hair.
