Finasteride has a flat dose response curve. We know that 0.05mg has almost exactly the same impact on serum DHT as 1mg. So why is it so ridiculous that a small dose has had an impact on me?

I admit placebo or nocebo effect could be true of my fog brain, tiredness and feeling hot symptoms, but it's really not for the ED. It's a real physical effect.

Based on my experience I'd stay start on as low a dose as possible just to see how you react. For me, I got sides on around 0.03mg.
