Will once a day minoxidil applications work if your using topical spironolactone?

I'm making my own topical spironolactone.. Don't know how else to finish this off 120mL of liquid in total - 4.2% spironolactone (5g) - 60mL Propylene Glycol - 10mL Octyl Salicylate - ??? Help! What will help penetrate this prick? spironolactone isnt water soluble!
