it's not estradiol, i couldn't find any pharmacy that sells estradiol and my country has strict importing laws so i can't order it online neither. will it be safe to take with or without spironolactone?

with 200mg spironolactone, should i add 2mg estradol or oestrogel. I also take 2x minoxidil a day, 1mg finasteride, biotin and micro needle.

Anyone has a recommendation of what to add in these two months to ensure the most growth possible? i really want a fresh start, if i start in two months with full/mostly full head of hair i know how much it'll do to my confident and overall happiness throughout the day. thanks.

i've been watching this thread for awhile now, i myself have started using spironolactone a little over a month ago. I took spironolactone not other meds because i can easily buy it from our local pharmacy without the need for prescription. i started with 25mg and walked my way slowly to 200mg...

I’ve been applying castor,coconut and jojoba carrier oils and lavender and rosemary essential oils mixed together. I put those after I micro needle because I avoid minoxidil for 24 hours after microneedling. Anyone uses any of these oils after micro needling? What’re your results?
