Hi, I am considering a Hair Transplant. Dr. recommended 1500. I am big into working out. He said I couldnt workout 2-3 days beforehand and for two weeks afterward. Does anyone have actual experience? I would like to know how long I would be away from the gym and if I wouldnt be allowed...
