Ketoconazole as an antiandrogen only works orally, in great quantities. But forget about it, it would supress all of you androgens, not only dht. The side effects would be waaay worse than finasteride. Stick to the shampoo, it works because of it's anti-inflamatory properties.

Be careful about the alcohol, someone posted a study which showed that alcohol degrades cetirizine or something like that...

The cb-03-01 sounds promising. I mean, of course it won't be a cure but it seems great, at least in theory. It won't mess with our dht or 5-alpha-reductase, it will only work at the androgen receptor level, and it will be locally...

I saw the pic you posted much earlier in this tread... are you meant to tell me that you got those results with nothing more than minoxidil and cetirizine? If so, then that is one of the most awesome things I've ever saw...

Maybe I'm wrong but, aren't you using dutasteride too?...

Mr Z, are you using anything else besides the cetirizine (minoxidil, finasteride, etc)?
