My skin was oily long before I had a use for minoxodil.

For the record, I always wash my scalp thoroughly before applying minoxidil. What concerns me is the oil that's produced after I've washed and applied minoxidil. I can wash my scalp and face to the point of dryness, but an hour later and it's like I never washed.

When I say "excessive sebum production", I mean I can wash my head and after a couple of hours it looks like I slathered it with olive oil. But don't get the wrong idea here, I always wash my scalp before putting on minoxidil. My concern is the sebum that's produced after I was wash my scalp and...
