I don't know if oral or topical is better (or if it even makes a difference). I decided to take them orally because it's easier/quicker than topical application. Also the hair isn't as greasy and I'm already putting an oil on there with many ingredients once a week after dermarolling.

:D It took me 2 years to register and 8 to find the login button ;) some people say I'm a bit slow on the uptake. But I don't fully understand yet what they mean.
