    jools holland

Hahaha yeah Ronnie Wood is definitely wearing. He's got a head of hair there that most teenagers/guys in early 20's would be jealous of nevermind a 64 year old ffs. :woot: Noel Gallagher though... I'd never have pegged him as wearing a wig, I always just assumed that...

anyone here who started losing in high school?

Yeah, I started losing my hair in school, although I was oblivious to the fact for quite sometime. That is until a teacher, who was bald, kindly pointed out that I was receding and I could look forward to the prospect of being bald at 21. I was only 17 at the time so being told I would be bald...

What's it really like going bald - the truth

REM are no more! :sobbing: "I hope our fans realise this wasn't an easy decision; but all things must end, and we wanted to do it right, to do it our way," Stipe said as he announced the split. However, Stipe, 51, added that he was now looking forward to longer have to suffer the ignominy of...

What's it really like going bald - the truth

So HairPieceMan according to you: if you are greater than NW4 and you are caucasian there is an 80% chance you will look like Michael Stipe. You then say if you look like Stipe bald at any age then the only type of females that you will be able to attract are 35 year old ugly warpig women -...

    Carpe Diem

Tbh given the choice of being a second class citizen or adopting the image you describe, I'd plump for second class citizen everyday of the week. I don't know what's worse being drenched in fake tan, the moustache or the earings but all in all it's a f*****g ghastly image (imo). Oh well looks...

Baldies and the reason they have to be buff

Ah right fair enough mate I didn't realise you were talking about in the past. I can definitely appreciate this point you're making HPM. I'd love to say that as I go through the norwood scale (which I am with great alacrity) that I'll wear whatever I like the look of but ultimately I'll probably...

Baldies and the reason they have to be buff

:dunno: I might be missing something painfully obvious here HPM but you aren't actually bald. Ok, well technically speaking you are, but seeing as you're a wig wearer to Joe Bloggs you're just a guy with a perfectly normal head of hair. I can't understand then why you be looking or for that...

Baldies and the reason they have to be buff

C'mon HairPieceMan surely you can't think that only around 2% of men are bald. Even in your are only strictly speaking about your own age demographic, which if I'm not mistaken would be the 18-25 category, there are still more than 2% of guys in that demographic bald/balding.

    People I hate

When do you plan to undergo the LL procedure HPM? By the sounds of it the LL procedure is a really big commitment to undertake due to the cost, potentially having to give up your job and essentially putting your life on hold for 6 months. Fairplay to you HairPieceMan for going through with it. :)

Help on where to start :S

Tbh mate your story and family history sounds nigh on identical to my own. Both me, my older brother and father all started losing it in our teens and in the case of my dad he was pretty much bald by the time he was 30. I'm only 22 so I'll probably be in for the same fate unless my regimen can...

Help on where to start :S

Yep, it's exactly experiences like that as to why I never bothered going to see my doctor about my male pattern baldness. Honestly, though I'm totally aghast about a GP coming out with that wash your hair less often. Yep, that's exactly the best way to approach it mate. If you can maintain what you...
