i didn’t really quit drinking. I’m 19 years old and I stopped in the winter but this summer I’m sure I will be drinking a lot.

I stopped drinking alcohol about 3 months ago and in that time I’m starting to see my hair thinning. If I start drinking again is it going to accelerate the thinning?

I went from drinking no milk to having a big glass of milk before bed every night. Since I’ve started drinking milk I’ve also noticed that my hair might be thinning. Is this a coincidence or could milk be causing some hair thinning?
