How would I go about measuring the temple points

Yes it is I have a rather small forehead my eye brow to hair measure at 2' on the dot while my nose to hairline measures at 2 and a half inches if that's helps

so I am 18 I have very thick and wavy hair And I noticed this bald spot on the back of my head My hairline is not receding and I do have some other cowlickso but this one I'm not sure Let me know what you think hanks
