    Revivogen - any success?

How do you use spironolactone and rev? Are they used at the same time, or should one be used first with a waiting period before using the other?

    telling it like it is...

I agree with much of it, yes, it's probably true about the fact it changes looks, and does perhaps make one consider a style they may not have considered had they had a full head of hair. As for the other part—the impact of it—I imagine in many cases yes, people will look at someone...

Legal or not Legal to buy drugs offshore (US only)

Yeah that's interesting, isn't it. I mean, what about things like fluridil, where some places you read it's a drug and others it's a cosmetic. If you go to some of those sites they say that they ship things but that you have to abide by the regulations of your country. How do you find out if...

    Fluridil

Interesting. I was just wondering because you hear of people using it, then in the next post someone asks when it will be available in Canada, U.S., etc..so I was just wondering how people from those countries were using it already. Good point about the finasteride though, I didn't think...

    Fluridil

Or 'eucapil'...it's not sold in U.S. (or not yet approved for sale in U.S.) how is it shipped overseas if it's not approved for sale in the U.S.? Does that mean that it's just not approved for retail sale? I read where 'cosmetics' can be shipped from other countries, but not a 'drug'. Isn't...

long time user need veteran advice please! (3 questions)

I was on minoxidil for years and years. I played with all the variables (amount, frequency, etc..) and for ME (just my individual response) it was okay down to once per day. I also even used half the amount, once per day and while that wasn't as good as the full dosage, for me it did work-however...

PLEASE BRAINSTORM-HOW TO AVOID/DELAY minoxidil TOLERANCE

This was a very interesting post. This is how I feel about it. Of all the opinions about minoxidil, minoxidil vs. finasteride, etc..., I always looked at it this way. At the end of the day, no matter what you're pouring on your head, if it grows hair....well, there you go. minoxidil is looked at as an...

PLEASE BRAINSTORM-HOW TO AVOID/DELAY minoxidil TOLERANCE

I tried many different approaches with minoxidil over the years, going all the way back to about '97. I was a good responder. Not only did I try stopping/starting after many months, I also played around with the amount. I was down to a ridiculously small amount once a day. It still worked, but...

Thinking of quitting finasteride to get on with my life

That's a good post, sounds like you taken everything into consideration. It's funny how for some, getting off the medication allows one to get on with their life, while for others, getting on the medication (and getting results) allow them to get on with life. It's good to read everyone's...

    Dilemma

I've got to agree with what everyone has said. Bringing something like that up straight away usually means it's up front in one's mind. May be better to have it come up on it's own-IF it even does. You can project an attitude of confidence even if you don't necessarily feel that way inside.

    The positive vibe post

Very well said. I always think 'the situation is what it is; not what it should be..' So, if we can't adjust the situation to our liking, then we adjust the way we look at it.

Havent been here for about a year.. Here´s my thoughts today

Well, the problem with this whole issue is the number of variables. Just like treatments that work with some people don't work well with others, so it goes with how the whole male pattern baldness issue affects people. There's just too many variables. For some it's devastating, others it's just a fact of...
