I would say that you are around the late NW2 early NW3 mark. Although your temples are still holding strong. At 43 it is unlikely you will see any more drastic recession in the future however hopping on some finasteride wouldn't hurt, maybe some topical min for regrowth or oral if you feel cavalier enough
