dennis i think your right with this one. i also looked at at-56 but i thought that it inhibits L-PGDS which from what I read isnt the problem because L-PGDS is only found in the nervous system. It seems that H-PGDS is the one we want to kill

I have been looking into celecoxib to block cox2 and it has little to no effect on cox1 http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10193998 This class of drug comes with risks (cardiac arrest and stroke), not sure if it has the same risk when applied topically.

im trying to understand from this study if TM30089 is better than Ramatroban. I get the feeling that it has a longer lasting effect at blocking PGD2 at the DP2 receptor but im no expert so cant be sure. if anyone has time to read it i would appreciate your feedback...
