Dont look for "companies". This is the problem. Research doctors. Doctors/physicians who will be present and perform your surgery.

If cost isn't your main motivation, then other than Dr Ball I would consider travelling outside of the UK. You have some great surgeons in other European cities. Do your research, ask as many questions as you can and don't be sold a surgery.
