Hello! Everybody knows you have to avoid direct contact with eyes/mouth/cats while applying minoxidil, but i wonder how effective is it while it dries on the scalp, and when dried? I am using nanominox who dries fast but the question is valid with longer drying time too! We could assume minoxidil...
