were you keeping up with your water while on spironolactone? one must keep in mind that it IS a diuretic. Also, I see where you were going with it. Have you tried anything to reduce the levels of androgens, rather than block androgen receptor sites? (like exercise...)

This is a very interesting question. I would believe that the it is false- hair grown from rogaine & hair from reducing dht is a different thing- that's what i've read. My best guess is that you would have to stay on it for as long as you want to keep the results- but I would LOVE to be proven...
