If you're referring to the use of sildenafil - this is to counter the effects of alcohol, not the treatments in this regime!

Do you use 6 pumps (1ml) of the 15% every morning?

I've recently started using Regenepure DR again, which I think is similar to this. Have been off RU for two weeks now and I'm developing a slight scalp itch and going through a mild shed (terminal and vellus hairs). I take your point; hence why I used both together for many years. dutasteride reduces DHT levels so significantly though, I think it's worth trying without RU. I do use a 15% minoxidil solution as well, which is compounded with azelaic acid, finasteride, retinoic acid, progesterone, hydrocortisone, and biotin.

Also, do you use your minoxidil once or twice a day?

I have had some itching since cutting RU from my regime; hopefully this will subside. I can't imagine it's necessary to use both dutasteride and RU simultaneously. I only began using RU as a backup whilst I waited for dutasteride to work properly. I was keeping RU in the freezer and removing the required...

I was originally using the Promox formula, which you gave me on the Hairlosshelp forum (I was using the username MaxyG). What formula are you using now? I've asked MAA to confirm the formula I'm on, but they are not responding.

It is working, yes. I am currently trying just dutasteride + 15% minoxidil (no RU); will let you know if my hair begins to deteriorate. I have been looking at the latest minoxidil compound I received from MAA and it appears to have the following formula: Minoxidil 15%, azelaic acid 5%, finasteride 0.1%...

The alcohol/ethanol is called Spirytus. You can get propylene glycol on eBay, Amazon etc.
