@bluecyclone you probably should retest your igf-1 levels just to get a confirmation that its low. Test levels in general can vary by a wide margin depending on a lot of factors. If you confirm that your levels are low you may benefit from micro needling as it increases stem cell production...

For his aggressive type of hair loss and being able to stay above baseline and improve for 5 years I think that's good considering this is a progressive disease. Where do you think he would be without any medication?

I just switched to dutasteride and I went diffused all over.. I had a minor shed but not much, very scary. Im going to stick it out but dam it sucks. I was on finasteride for 12 months before I switched.
