My understanding is that that Ketoconazole and Finasteride both work by lowering the DHT level. finasteride does it wholesale from the source and Keto only does it on the scalp. I have read somewhere (don't have the source now) that finasteride lowers DHT level about ~65% on daily uses (1-5mg). My questions...
