Well rather than totally giving up on finasteride, we are trying to see if a small dose at lessor intervals will hold off progression while still avoiding sides. If it doesn't work well at least we tried!

For milder forms of the brain fog caffeine will help. If it's really bad caffeine + efedrea will kill the fog really good. I am using it now but mainly because my Dr wants me to lose weight fast before I get diabetes. And it is working as the weight has been dropping fast.
