The front is very dense. It's definitely a lot better than it was. I had to cover my whole head so you're limited on the density past the hairline with just 5000. When I pull it back in a ponytail it looks like no hairloss. If I seperate it on top it looks thin but probably wouldn't look bad...
The donor area will remain thin looking for a month or so. I believe the trauma from the surgery causes hairs next to the extraction sites too thin out for a bit.
You kept alot more hair than I have from your transplant..I'm just pretty much recovering from the shock loss to my existing hair on top..I sure hope I see something at 3 months... I'm 2 months in.
