Yeah, I can literally see that with bare eyes. Dr Pen price from eBay is more than twice cheaper than from the official website, something has to be wrong. I'll order new one I guess.

Will "official" Dr Pen cartridge fit eBay's one? Needles on my replacement cartridge are completely bent, I guess it is dangerous to use them.

I've bought A6 from eBay, and the needles look like they are not completely straight (I'm not sure though). Will it be a problem, can it cause any harm? I've bought several cartridges so far, and needles on all of them look like they are bent a little.

Good question, I'm curious as well. I was intuitively using stamping method when I first tried, but I see that most of the people use tracing when microneedling.
