The hair transplant is scheduled for november , my plan is to see what the dutasteride does to my hair in the next four months and see from there. If my hair improves or stays the same I ll go through with it. If my hair gets worse I will cancel it and accept I'll be bald. R u on dutasteride or finasteride?

Too young for finasteride or dutasteride... at this point - I would honestly focus my attention on getting in good shape.

I was on finasteride for 2 months before switching to dutasteride. Its been about 3 weeks on dutasteride... no sides... all is good.

Go to your Doctor, get estrogen checked through blood work, if its high, hopefull you will be prescribed something like aromisin or arimidex.

I remember having "dht" itch when I was 16.... never realized what it was until I was about 23.

Finasteride will be the deal breaker most likely.. minoxidil will only do so much.
