Who is this Dr.? PRP is not very effective and shampoo doesn't stay on your scalp to do much of anything. Haven't seen any results with dusteride mesotherapy. Way too young to get a hair transplant with this plan.

21 is old enough to start Finesterid for sure but like others have said you could start it now. Just get the equate brand liquid at Walmart. Apply it at night and then wash hair in the morning. You could try it once a day and see what happens.

Is he going bald? If its just the crown then go with minoxidil. When i was young that is how it started for me and the minoxidil really helped for a few years to thicken things up and slow down the process.
