You can try a max dose of 1-2.5mg. not more. If you feel sides then simply lower the dose or stop. Im on max 2.5mg and feel no change.

Add oral minoxidill.

Definitely better. You could add oral minoxidil like losingbattle88 suggested, it didn't work for me but for some people it does.
