Apologies for being slow to get back to you guys, appreciate the input. Went to see a tricologist in London, seemed to know what he was talking about and his name showed up in a few newspaper articles about hair loss. Wasnt keen to get me on finasteride as hair was still strong, and no problem...
The thing that makes me unsure is how thick the remaining hair still is, 0 to limited thinning, but you've worried me enough to fork out and get a verdict from a dermatoligist ;) will let you know the professionals opinion
Ok cool, to be honest I haven't tried anything yet, i'm based in the UK can so order finasteride online, 25 btw. My main concern about finasteride is that i dont want to start on it if it's not required, the hair on my crown/ the fringe is still very thick and the hairline is consistent, even if quite high up...
Cheers for the response, have you been experiencing constant recession or does it seem to have slowed down? Have you done anything to combat it? (I think I'm slightly better off than you for the moment (not a boast, i may be kidding myself haha), but would like for it not to get any worse!
So my question here - is there a realistic chance that it's 'maturing' and will hold for a number of years, or is it more likely to continue to disappear if i dont consider some meds?
