I've been on propecia for a week now. Just today my nipples started to feel more sensitive than normal off and on during the day. Has anyone experienced such effects? Is this is precursor to gynecomastia?

Hi everyone, I'm going to start propecia soon and am just wondering if it's known to stop recession in the temple region. Also, does it sometimes improve hair quality for remaining hairs in that area? I'm not concerned with regrowth, I'd just like to keep everything where it's at right now...
