I've eaten 5/4 mg Proscar for 5 years. But nothing happened. So I decide to take more of it per day. Is there anyone did that and regroth your hair? And is there any side effect to take 5/2 mg Proscar per day?? Thanks anyway.

I am sorry. I made a mistake. It's mg not ml. My treatment is 1/4 proscar(5/4mg finasteride) daily. It seems no use to me. My doctor told me not to use Minoxidil, so I'm finding the other way to regroth.

I've used Proscar for 4 years.(5/4ml per day) It seems useless to me. I decided to use Minoxidil. When I used I Minoxidil about a month I found I had heartache. :freaked2: So finally I stopped using it. Please tell me what is the alterntive treatment of Minoxidil. Thanks a lot. :lol:
