Thank you for your reply, I appreciate the effort that you have put into that to try and help me. I didn't post a photo of my crown as this looks absolutely fine at the moment. My hair in that area is thick and showing no sign of falling out. Is this likely to be the next stage if it is male pattern baldness?

I'm really concerned and self conscious that my receding hairline is getting worse. I'm not sure whether i am noticing it more now because I know it's happening. Thanks for posting dude, I'm relieved to see that I'm not on my own at this age. Did you find that it has happened all of a sudden? And does anybody tell you it's noticeable at work or anything? I keep being told that I'm being too critical of my hairline, but to me mine is getting bad!

Yes I think the rest of my hair is relatively thick, it is only receding as shown. Is this likely to stop naturally? Or will it just continue now until I go really thin and bald? Thanks
