I trained for about 15 years due to a back problem I have, but in the last two years I have lost muscle, even during training. There is no bomb and no visible increase in size, even when moving the masses.
Everything in moderation, including meat, vegetables and fruits. Be sure to have a balanced diet. If you eat beef portion control, pork, poultry, fish, you will be fine.
I used the Halo and Nano MuscleTech steam and did not know that all the results of their Celltech now I got some nice results. I have read that glutamine is better to take PWO, but it seems to me that I have more energy when I take it before work.
