    OC update

You guys doing experimentals, during the first year of any major treatment you should expect a few disastrous sheds, as the hair starts to synchronize. I don't understand why everyone gives up when they start shedding?

Understanding and modelling the hairloss process

Hey benjt, i have some questions... Can you link me to the study that shows tgf-b and caspase simply stop follicle production without any in between stage? I'm trying to decide if tgf b is worth treating or if it doesn't really affect the "attack" of a hair follicle. Where is the science for...

Thanks benjt! U are simply amazing. Do u have a link to the study that shows dermarolling improves collagen acclamation? Because I thought dermarolling builds collagen, which would be bad no? Cheers

i think this is extremely valuable information and not to be overlooked along with the continuation of your post back on page 43. This doctor says that 6 weeks is the minimum one should wait due to the maturation phase not being finished yet, he's talking about skin though, but wouldn't it apply...

    Cb-03-01

in the study, they compared CB to 1% 17a-e. the 17a-e everyone uses is only .25% or .025%, and that's the max strength available as far as I know. I don't know how much this actually matters though as I don't know the dose dependency of 17a-e.

Thanks, ha...yeah, I think I've learned pretty quickly how Squeegee works. Even so, I have no problem being cordial, and putting it behind me. Not everyone reacts the same way so I thought I'd speak up in the event I'd turn on a light bulb up there, eh it was worth a shot. As cheesy as it...

Has the increase in collagen by dermarolling been discussed thus far? (Excess collagen plays an important role in the miniaturization of a follicle)....have you guys hypothesized whether rolling is good or bad for Androgenetic Alopecia affected hairs, or if its success comes solely in creating new hairs?

DesperateOne - thanks :) Squeegee - I'm on my ipad and formatting is a nightmare ... Pasting makes it bold. As I said, I am not offended. It's rather annoying seeing crap like that though, it's unneccessary. That is all. Your furthering comments were ignorant however, but I've made my point...

There's no need to get defensive, from the beginning it was a curious question. Were here to help eachother, no? As for the gay stuff, I personally don't, but I'm sure many do. It would t hurt to actually imagine that world they're living in, it's the ignorance of others that put them there...
