impossible sadly since i live in asia , so should i guess just completely quit it ?

so i've been on RU for 2 months with 2% only , last 2 week i've been getting some slight chest pain and short of breathness and its deffo scares me enough to wanting me to quit so my question is , do you guys got any shed after quitting it or should i try doing it EOD anybody has tried this yet...
