Probably more of a cow lick. Are you seeing more hair fall out than normal? Does your hair feel thinner than it did before? Can you see your scalp in places you previously weren't able to? If no, then don't worry about it, if so, go see a dermatologist. Otherwise you're just gonna be paranoid...
Update for any who care: saw a dermatologist today and he told me I'm balding at a mild rate. We'll see how it goes from here, but I'm likely buzzing it all. Hair falls out constantly. I hope it's not insanely aggressive, but I also just want to stop caring about it.
Frankly dude, if you're pulling at your hair for hours it's gonna start coming out easier. Everybody loses some hair when they pull at their head, especially if they're anxious and are trying to figure out if they're balding (like myself). The Pillow test might be a bit more informative.
