I believe that was exactly it. My case of dandruff was pretty bad and also lasted a significant amount of time. Just started using nizoral shampoo 2 days ago. My hair does not itch as much anymore nor does it show any dandruff. Hopefully my crown can grow back healthier like before the dandruff...

@paulie72785 just started using nizoral shampoo. My hair is feeling a lot better and started to scratch my hair a lot less (although I'm still scratching somewhat). Will continue to monitor this and hope I don't lose much more hair. Thanks!
