READ READ READ.. Very Interesting POV

Sebum contributes to hairloss, okay, I can accept that. I don't, however, get why do we need to use one of the most dangerous drugs on the market to get rid of it? Some people claim homeopathy and certain diet reduce sebum.. Is there another method?

Androgenetic Alopecia and insulin resistance in young men

I live in the UK as well and can recommend the Biona brand. It says 'organic, oak matured, unpasteurised and unfiltered'. And they use a non-xenoestrogenic dark glass bottle. Relatively cheap. Lots of vinegar brands that are best be dismissed imo. And I think it's recommended to use a straw...

    estrogen causes hair loss

Have any of you actually checked your estrogen? Or 'bad estrogen', or whatever? I mean, the hell with Japs and Indians, if we want a fine sociological pattern then there you go. :innocent:

    estrogen causes hair loss

Wuhhell, it's not the first article regarding estrogen as a cause of male pattern baldness that I've read on the net. They just normally recommend to eat whole foods and raw vegetables to affect 'bad' estrogen. Perhaps a green veg cartel, I'm not an expert.

    Garlic for hair loss ?

Not sure about hair loss, but I've been taking garlic oil as a supplement (and I don't take any other supplements so far) for the last several weeks or so and a couple of days ago my dermatitis have finally stopped ('stopped' is a bit of a big word though, the scalp is still quite oily). There...

So where are we with equol?

But how can you be sure that the effects WILL be the same? Some other people say they shouldn't. So a certain percent of equol producers should experience gyno and decreased libido, etc. Those oriental culture customs are surely based on observations, wouldn't they spot it and refrain from soy...

    A question about supplements

Couldn't find a topic that covers it but the question surely isn't new (it is to me though). So could you redirect me to the existing one? Basically, I'm about to try supplements like EFAs, beta-sitosterol, MSM, biotin, zinc, magnesium, calcium, etc, amino acids, etc. I was wondering if those...
