It says the ingredients on the box and I contacted DS laboratories over a month ago about it. The new nanosomes are superior to the old, which is why they had to switch from 5% to 4.5% due to the former being too much.

Kirkland is much cheaper than Rogaine and contains the exact same ingredients which is 30% ethyl alcohol, 50% propylene glycol, 5% minoxidil, and the rest water (i believe). Kirkland is also manufactured by the same company as Rogaine so there should be no worries if you are getting what...

Topical minoxidil is only systematically absorbed if applied on a wet scalp or skin.
